TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 19 August 2026
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd under the trading name PrinsNova.
Throughout these Terms of Service, “PrinsNova”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd.
PrinsNova provides this website, including its information, features, products and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products to you. However, any contract for the purchase of products through this website is between you and Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd, not Shopify, AppScenic, a manufacturer or an underlying supplier.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies displayed on our website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
SECTION 1 – INFORMATION ABOUT US
PrinsNova is a trading name of:
Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd
Company number: 17406743
Registered in: England and Wales
Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX
Email: shop@prinsnova.uk
Telephone: +44 7555 963062
Website: https://prinsnova.uk
Our registered office is not a retail store, customer-service location or returns address.
Please do not visit or return products to the registered office. Contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the correct authorised return instructions and address.
SECTION 2 – USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
• Use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website
• Use the website to transmit spam, fraudulent messages or misleading information
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without our written permission
• Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person
• Use a false identity or provide false, inaccurate or misleading information
• Use automated systems to place orders, extract data or disrupt the website without our permission
• Use the website or its products for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or suspected misuse.
SECTION 3 – AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
If you are under 18, you may browse the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must not place an order or provide payment information.
Certain products may be subject to additional legal or manufacturer-imposed age restrictions. We may refuse or cancel an order where an applicable age requirement is not satisfied.
SECTION 4 – ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You may be asked to create an account or provide information when placing an order.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete. This includes your name, billing details, delivery address, contact details and payment information.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. You must not allow another person to use your account without permission.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in material breach of these Terms.
Closing an account does not remove any rights or obligations relating to orders already placed.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications and prices are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing differences and your device’s display settings.
Measurements and dimensions may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product packaging may differ from that shown on the website. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product supplied is materially different from its description.
Where products are supplied by third-party warehouses, we remain responsible for ensuring that the products supplied under our contract with you comply with applicable consumer law.
We may correct or update product descriptions, prices and availability at any time before an order is accepted.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Placing a product in your basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you. We may:
• Offer a suitable alternative, which you are not required to accept
• Cancel the unavailable product
• Cancel the affected order
• Issue an appropriate refund
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
We may limit the quantity of a product that can be purchased where reasonably necessary, including to prevent fraud, misuse, stock depletion or unauthorised commercial resale.
SECTION 7 – PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket under these Terms.
After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Unless we tell you otherwise, a binding contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or when the product is dispatched, whichever happens first.
Each accepted order creates a contract between you and Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Your right to cancel an eligible online order is explained in our Returns and Refund Policy.
SECTION 8 – REFUSING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• The product is unavailable
• We cannot authorise or verify your payment
• The delivery address is outside an area we serve
• There is an obvious error in the price or product description
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity
• You do not meet an applicable age requirement
• The order breaches a reasonable quantity restriction
• The product cannot legally be supplied to the delivery location
• We cannot fulfil the order because of circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you where reasonably possible.
If payment has already been taken for an order we refuse or cancel, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method without undue delay.
We will not cancel an accepted order merely to avoid honouring your statutory rights.
SECTION 9 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The price payable is the price displayed when you submit your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error that you could reasonably have recognised as incorrect.
Applicable taxes will be included in the price or clearly identified during checkout. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your order.
Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd is not represented as VAT registered unless a valid VAT number is displayed on the website or relevant invoice.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
You confirm that:
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• The billing information supplied is accurate
• Sufficient funds or credit are available
• The payment is not connected with fraudulent or unlawful activity
Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Their processing of your information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own conditions. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
SECTION 10 – DELIVERY
Available delivery areas, estimated delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a guaranteed delivery date.
We will deliver your order within the agreed period or, where no period has been agreed, without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the contract is formed.
We are responsible for the products until they are delivered to:
• You
• A person identified by you to receive them
• A safe place expressly authorised by you, where applicable
If you arrange your own carrier independently and that carrier was not offered by us, responsibility may pass to you when the product is handed to that carrier.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where lawful and where the error was not caused by us.
If delivery is delayed, lost, damaged or unsuccessful, contact shop@prinsnova.uk and provide your order number.
Our use of suppliers, fulfilment partners, warehouses or delivery companies does not remove our legal responsibility to you as the seller.
SECTION 11 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an order, return a product or request a refund are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy.
For most eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the product. You will then normally have a further 14 calendar days to return it.
Some products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including certain:
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Perishable products
• Digital content
• Products that become inseparably mixed with other items
• Sealed hygiene-sensitive products after their seal has been broken
These exclusions do not remove your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, misdescribed, not fit for purpose or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
To request a cancellation or return, contact:
Email: shop@prinsnova.uk
Telephone: +44 7555 963062
Please include your order number.
Do not return products to our registered office, a manufacturer, supplier or an address shown on the parcel unless we have confirmed in writing that it is the correct authorised return address.
SECTION 12 – FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for their usual purpose
• Fit for any particular purpose made known to us and accepted by us
• As described
• Supplied with reasonable care and skill where services are involved
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us promptly.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to:
• Exercise the short-term right to reject
• Request a repair
• Request a replacement
• Request a price reduction
• Receive a full or partial refund
We may ask for a description, photographs or a short video to help assess the issue. We will not require evidence that is unreasonable or impossible to provide, and requesting evidence does not remove your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.
SECTION 13 – PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including:
• Expiry dates
• Eligible products or collections
• Minimum spending requirements
• Customer or household usage limits
• Geographic restrictions
• Excluded products
• Maximum discount values
We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed.
This will not affect an order already accepted unless the promotion was applied because of fraud, misuse or an obvious error that you could reasonably have recognised.
Discount codes cannot normally be:
• Applied retrospectively
• Combined with another discount
• Transferred or sold
• Exchanged for cash
Where a refunded product formed part of a promotion, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid for that product.
SECTION 14 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to services or websites operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies and social-media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party websites that we do not own or control. You should review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
This section does not exclude responsibility that we have for suppliers, warehouses, carriers or other third parties acting on our behalf in fulfilling your order.
SECTION 15 – SHOPIFY AND FULFILMENT PROVIDERS
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify supplies the ecommerce technology used to operate the store but is not the seller of products purchased from PrinsNova.
Your purchase contract is with Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd.
We may use AppScenic and other approved suppliers, warehouses and fulfilment providers to process and dispatch orders. These organisations do not replace Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd as the contracting seller and do not remove our responsibilities to you.
Shopify, AppScenic, payment providers and fulfilment partners may process certain personal information to provide their services. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy and the relevant provider’s privacy notice.
SECTION 16 – PRIVACY
Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through PrinsNova, except where another organisation acts as an independent controller.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
• What information we collect
• Why and how we use it
• Our lawful bases for processing
• Who information may be shared with
• International transfers
• How long information may be retained
• Your data-protection rights
• How to contact us or complain
Please review our Privacy Policy before using the website or placing an order.
SECTION 17 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content, including our branding, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page designs and software, are owned by or licensed to Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product photographs and other licensed content remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.
SECTION 18 – REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
• The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience
• You have the right to submit it
• It does not infringe another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening or misleading
• It does not contain personal information about another person without permission
• It does not contain malware, spam or unrelated advertising
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, adapt and use the submitted content for operating and promoting PrinsNova, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, platform rules or applicable law.
We will not publish or present a review as genuine if we know or reasonably believe that it is fake. We will not offer incentives that are conditional on a review being positive.
SECTION 19 – WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We try to keep the website secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or error.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability where we have taken reasonable care and the loss was not reasonably foreseeable.
This section does not affect rights relating to an accepted order or prevent you from contacting us through another available method.
SECTION 20 – OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Breach of your statutory consumer rights
• Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded
• Any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
Products sold through this website are intended primarily for private and domestic use.
If you use a product for a commercial or business purpose, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 21 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include:
• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Transport disruption
• Industrial action
• Public-health or other emergencies
• Failures of telecommunications or utility networks
• Government restrictions
• Import, customs or border disruption outside our control
• Widespread supplier or carrier failures outside our reasonable control
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and keep you informed.
If an event causes a significant delay, you may have the right to cancel the affected order and receive a refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
SECTION 22 – TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
• Materially breach these Terms
• Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
• Create a security risk
• Abuse our staff, systems or services
• Attempt to interfere with other customers’ use of the website
Termination or suspension of website access does not affect:
• An accepted order
• An outstanding payment
• An accrued right or obligation
• Your statutory rights
We may cancel an affected order only where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 23 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
SECTION 24 – WAIVER
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
A waiver will apply only where we have expressly confirmed it in writing.
SECTION 25 – TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if the business is sold, transferred or restructured.
We will ensure that the transfer does not reduce your statutory or contractual rights. We will notify you if a transfer materially affects you.
You may transfer your rights under these Terms where permitted by law. You may need our written agreement to transfer contractual obligations to another person.
SECTION 26 – THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
These Terms are between you and Prinsloo Unlimited Enterprises Ltd.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no other person has the right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
This section does not affect any rights or remedies available to a person under applicable law.
SECTION 27 – COMPLAINTS, GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.
Email: shop@prinsnova.uk
Telephone: +44 7555 963062
Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory right to use another dispute-resolution or court process available under applicable law.
SECTION 28 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
• Our services or business practices
• The products or delivery methods we offer
• Our technology or service providers
• Applicable law or regulatory guidance
The version that applies to your purchase will normally be the version displayed when you place your order.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing contract.
