Order Processing
Orders are usually processed after payment has been successfully received.
As PrinsNova works with trusted fulfilment partners and suppliers, some products may be dispatched directly from our supplier rather than from our own premises.
Processing times can vary depending on the product, supplier stock availability and the time the order is placed. Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the product and the supplier fulfilling the order.
As a general guide:
- UK Standard Delivery is usually delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- UK Express Delivery, where available, is usually faster than standard delivery, but exact times may vary depending on the product and supplier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, stock availability, supplier processing times, bank holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains more than one item, the items may be dispatched separately, especially if they are supplied by different fulfilment partners.
This means you may receive more than one parcel and delivery may take place on different days. You will not be charged additional delivery costs beyond what was shown at checkout.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is provided by the supplier or courier, we will make this available to you by email or through your order updates.
Please allow a short time for tracking links to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has started processing.
Failed Deliveries and Uncollected Parcels
If a courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they may leave a delivery notice, attempt redelivery, deliver to a neighbour, or take the parcel to a local collection point.
It is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where required.
If a parcel is returned to the supplier because it was not collected, refused, or the delivery details were incorrect, we may need to deduct any return or redelivery costs from any refund due, unless the issue was caused by us or the supplier.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging and delivery label where relevant
This helps us raise the issue with the supplier or courier quickly.
If the item is confirmed as damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or further instructions for return.
Returns
Returns are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Some items may need to be returned directly to the supplier or to a specific return address.
Customers are normally responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
